Books and Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product, including books or merchandise, you may request a return or refund if:

· You receive the wrong item.
· The item is returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Digital Products

Coaching, Consulting and Advisory Services
Payment for coaching, consulting, mentoring, advisory, or similar professional services secures your booking and preparation time.
· Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
· Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are generally non-refundable.
· Once a coaching or consulting session has been delivered, refunds are not available.
If you have purchased a package of sessions, any unused sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period of your package but are generally not refundable once the programme has commenced.
Workshops, Events and Speaking Engagements
Registration fees for workshops, webinars, masterclasses, conferences, and events are generally non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another available session where applicable and subject to availability.
If we cancel an event, you will be offered either:
· a full refund; or
· the opportunity to transfer your booking to a future event.
