Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shop & Shipping Policy explains the terms under which products are sold, shipped, and returned through Sade Fadipe.Com. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Prices are listed in pounds sterling and may change without notice.

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed only when your order is accepted and dispatched.

2. Payments

• We accept payments via Stripe.

• Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched.

3. Shipping

• We currently ship to Uk Only.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and chosen method.

• Orders are usually processed within 4 working days. During busy periods, processing may take longer.

• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

4. International Orders

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

• Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• To request a return, contact us at contact@sadefadiipe.com with your order details.

• Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
